Profile

Prof. Haeffel’s program of research is devoted to understanding the cognitive processes and products that contribute to risk and resilience for depression. He integrates work from multiple areas of psychology including clinical, cognitive, social, affective science, and molecular genetics. He hopes his research will lead to improved treatment and prevention interventions, as well as greater insights into the mind-mood connection.
