Ke-Hai Yuan is a mathematical statistician by training. His research interests span the areas of statistics, research methodology, measurement, and data science. The topics he has worked and published include: mean comparison; regression; factor analysis; structural equation modeling; multilevel modeling; growth curve model; mixture model; item response model; measurement invariance; mediation and moderation analysis; post-hoc power; meta analysis/combining mean differences; asymptotics; statistical computation; estimating equations; bootstrap and cross-validation; nonnormal distribution; robust methods; missing data; big data; equivalence testing; empirical modeling/statistical learning; and software development.
