Sleep, Stress, and Memory (SAM) Lab

Purpose

We research how sleep and stress independently and interactively influence learning, memory, emotion, and creativity. We are also interested in how sleep and stress influence mental health disorders, such as depression and anxiety.

Recruiting

Our lab is currently recruiting eligible members of the community to participate in research.

Participants

Young and middle-aged adults from the community (up to age 59). Notre Dame students are encouraged to also participate. 

What's Involved?

Depending on the study, participants will sleep in the lab and perform computer tasks and fill out questionnaires - payment up to $100 for participation
