Haya Fatimah

Biography

Dr. Fatimah studies complex dynamics in psychopathology, especially borderline personality and comorbid disorders. Her current research leverages dynamical systems and network models to understand patterns of change in symptoms and their complex interactions with proximal risk factors. She is especially interested in forecasting and precisely predicting dysregulated behaviors associated with BPD such as suicide, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), and substance use, with the goal of developing personalized treatment.
